As China's population swells ever larger, Europe's is shrinking at an alarming rate. My proposal is straighforward and simple: the European continent can be re-populated through massive transfers from China. Note especially that every sensitivity has been addressed to provide the Chinese migrants with a geographically suitable counterpart in their new European home.
